Advertising Project Manager

 

Want to work for an award-winning integrated ad agency with a fast-paced & fun work environment?  Augustine is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a PM to manage the workflow and execution of jobs that come into the agency to include, broadcast, print and digital projects from conception through delivery. This includes the development of project/labor plans, timelines, campaign schedules, scope management, budget and estimates, resource allocation, monitors QvAs and provides timely status. The Project Manager manages all factors that govern project success to ensure high-quality delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current agency process/workflow, model, process and structure
  • Understanding of project objectives and scope, including budgetary and resource considerations
  • Communicate project objectives and success criteria across stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Assign resources in Advantage and create estimates
  • Build out a time line and project schedule, from inception (kick-offs), internal creative reviews through completion and delivery of projects/campaigns
  • Lead internal status meetings and key touchpoints to keep team focused and on-track
  • Manage multiple-project workflow and collaborate to prioritize according to client business needs and budget
  • Work closely and collaborate with client service teams, strategic planning and serve as liaison to Creatives
  • Oversee project tasks for assigned account(s), ensuring the workflow for a project keeps moving and any issues are surfaced and resolved
  • Effectively manage conflict negotiation and project escalation
  • Ensures quality control on all work product leaving the agency
  • Develop expertise with the project management tool and ensure team members are using it correctly
  • Ensure compliance with administrative project standards that are developed to span accounts, including such items as folder structures and naming conventions
  • Assists with billing process
  • Anticipate consequences of actions, potential problems, or opportunities for change
  • Plays key PM role in new business work as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • Must have 3 -5 years of advertising agency project management experience or equivalent in a related field
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and deliver quality results
  • Must be a true team player that is focused on the “we” results
  • Knowledge of Advantage or other agency project management platform
